Villa Florimar is located along Rd. 429 south of Rincon Puerto Rico next door to Lemon Tree and south of the famous Horned Dorset Primavera Hotel. Enjoy living right on the beach! Dip into the pool-like waters and enjoy a perfect swim each day; or snorkel the area and enjoy the beautiful underwater scenery!

The property has large private oceanfront decks perfect for sitting and admiring the beautiful scenery. The upper unit has a large covered deck off the living room. The lower unit has two decks with a BBQ grill also off the living room. Both units have cable TV, ceiling fans, air conditioned bedrooms, custom details, and more. A common area is also available for use by all guests.

These beach front apartments are fully furnished, each with its own large ocean-facing deck!

2 Bedroom - starting at $160/night (3 night minimum) or $150/night for stays longer than 5 nights

High Season:

Villa Florimar - Rincon Puerto Rico Vacation Rental

Villa Florimar consists of two rental suites. A two bedroom one bath upper level apartment with private decks. And a 1 bedroom, 1 bath lower level apartment also with private entry and decks. The apartments have been recently remodeled and both have great fully equipped kitchens and new furniture. The upper level apartment also has lofts in the bedrooms that include additional bedding for guests. Each living room has a Futon couch that can be unfolded into a Queen bed for additional guests. The units are right at the water's edge, so the Caribbean sea is a close as a walk down the stairs.

Both units have air-conditioning in the bedrooms, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens (Microwaves, coffee makers, blenders, etc.). Covered and furnished outside living areas allow for your full enjoyment of the beautiful and quiet surroundings.

Many activities abound nearby. Including Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Horseback Riding, Tennis, Deep Sea Fishing, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Surfing, Boat Tours, Jet Ski rentals.
