We not only place a listing and web page for your property on this web site, we actively promote your property by submitting it to blogs and social networks frequented by potential guests and in various other popular online portals; such as social media, travel blogs, vacation rental property listing services, and classifieds services throughout the Internet. This approach gains more exposure to your vacation rental with resultant increases in quality bookings.

Unlike other worldwide listing services where Puerto Rico is only a small part of their worldwide listings inventory, we are focused exclusively on Puerto Rico. The business model of these ever increasing number of sites is volume listings. Their focus is basically take your money (typically a yearly or monthly subscription fee) in exchange for a small, passive listing space on their rather hefty at times world listings web site. We take on the task of working with you to actively promote your vacation or corporate rental at no cost to you. For this effort, you pay when a client is affirmed, with YOUR money in hand.
We promote your property through different venues, including placing strategic ads in our web site, along with placing ads in sites we can consider as competition. We can also take phone calls from prospective guests who will eventually become quality bookings, which alleviates you from having to take calls at all hours of the day.
All you do is accept a call from us to check availability for your property for a specific qualified request. If we have access to your availabiliy calendar, great! But it is not ncessary for an eventual booking of your property, since through experience with your property we would know when it is or isn't available.
In Summary...
To summarize, we supply the service of promoting your property on our site and other venues. We receive calls or emails from potential guests who see your property listing in our site or one of the leverage sites. A Toll Free number will be added shortly! We take on the task of screening and qualifying customers who request your vacation rental based on your specific acceptance requirements and criteria. All at no initial cost to you. Why do we do this? Because Puerto Rico is not only our base business, it is also our home.
Management of your property is another task we are willing to take on, so long as the property is located in Western Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a small island by US standards, but its' topography, geography, and limited road system makes for lengthy access to properties, thereby increasing our logistics costs.

Preliminary Step - Visit property, take photos if necessary, suggest improvements for marketability, determine competitive rates, and obtain a description for the property, all at no cost to owner
Step 1 - Thumbnail picture, brief description, and link to customer's PRwest page is placed at
corresponding PRwest Island section, at no cost
Step 2 - A Web Page is created for the customer using one of our templates and placed in appropriate Municipality section.
Step 3 - Paypal Link is established (for transaction processing)
Step 4 - Property is directly promoted in different venues, at no cost.
Step 5 - Customer inquiries are handled for specific properties marketed by Property Resources in Puerto Rico.

Pricing Plan 2 Cost:
This option will have a zero promotional cost to the owner/manager.
Property Resources simply gets paid the same amount a regular travel agent would recieve for efforts made to sucesfully complete the transaction.
All transaction funds, Customer/Guest Deposits, Owner payments, damage deposits, etc.. are handled through our PayPal commercial account.
In effect using this approach everybody wins!!
- The owner wins because their property is marketed for FREE; only paying when a firm reservation is made.
- The customer/guest wins because they have found an affordable quality place for their stay.
- Property Resources wins both a satisfied customer, and a happy owner for professional services rendered.

A special note, our approach will NOT submit you through a myriad of input forms and pages to create a single listing for your vacation rental. You simply add your info and photos using one of our page layout template(s), save it, and get it published...it is that easy, and that simple!!... stay tuned...
